Racism is discrimination and prejudice towards people based on their race or ethnicity. The belief that members of each race possesses characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races. There are a lot of different definitions of Racism in today’s society.

 

Racism is a huge problem in the 21st century. I feel like this year racism was talked about all the time, especially on social media. People always bring up race no matter what the subject is. People also joke around with racism and some people take it to the heart. Everyone needs to stop judging people based on their skin color and everyone should be treated equal no matter what race you are.
